Kontribusi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi
Abstract
Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memahami pentingnya peran human capital dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang didasarkan pada pencarian mendalam melalui berbagai database terpercaya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa human capital memainkan peran krusial dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan, ketimpangan sosial, dan pengangguran, sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, pemerintah terus menghadapi sejumlah tantangan ekonomi, seperti peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan populasi, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan produktivitas yang masih kurang optimal.
