PREVALENSI PENYAKIT PARASIT DARAH KAMBING SAMOSIR DI KECAMATAN SIMANINDO KABUPATEN SAMOSIR

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi parasit darah pada darah Kambing Samosir di Kecamatan Simanindo Kabupaten Samosir. Parameter penelitian adalah prevalensi PD Anaplasma sp, prevalensi PD Theileria sp, prevalensi PD Babesia sp, prevalensi PD Trypanosoma sp. Prosedur pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling langsung dari Kabupaten Samosir. Hasil pengamatan dari 28 ekor ternak kambing bahwa persentase prevalensi PD Anaplasma sp adalah 0%, prevalensi PD Theileria sp adalah 0%, prevalensi PD Babesia sp adalah 0%, prevalensi PD Trypanosoma sp adalah 0%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat prevalensi parasit darah di Desa Cinta Dame Kecamatan Simanindo Kabupaten Samosir tidak ada.
