MODEL KEBIJAKAN MEDIA PROMOSI DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN INVESTASI DI KOTA MEDAN DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract

Research on Investment Promotion Policy Model of Medan City was conducted because it was necessary to formulate the most appropriate alternative strategy to promote the investment potential of Medan City. So that with the formulation of alternative strategies that are most appropriate can attract investors in the city of Medan. There are 10 opportunities and investment potentials in the city of Medan, including LRT/BRT Development, Development of Dr Pringadi Hospital in Medan City, Construction of Parking Building, Zoo Development, Convention Centre Development, Waterfront City of Lake Siombak, Belawan Marine Tourism, Development of Waren Huis Historic Building Area, Development of Lili Suheiri Park, Ship Dock and Warehousing presented complete with the concept of study, FS and investment value of each of these opportunities. The results of the analysis using AHP analysis are known that the best promotional strategy is through events, with events through exhibitions and investors more easily find exhibition promotions through Facebook social media. Besides, SWOT results are known that the best strategy in investment promotion should look at the factors of regional attractions that have a very positive effect on investment including indicators of legal certainty, local regulations, regional finance, socio-political, cultural, GDP per capita, growth, human development index, MSEs, experienced labour, productive age and physical infrastructure.
