PENGARUH MODAL, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, DAN INOVASI TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM KABUPATEN BOGOR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT (Studi Kasus UMKM di Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat)
Abstract
Developments in the era of globalization depend heavily on the economic sector, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the priorities in economic development in Indonesia. The role of society in national development, especially in economic development, is Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The position of MSMEs in the national economy has an important and strategic role. This condition is very possible because the existence of MSMEs is quite dominant in the Indonesian economy. Therefore entrepreneurs must have sufficient capital, education level and always innovate because it is interconnected with each other so that it will be able to improve the performance of MSMEs. This research aims to explain whether there is a significant influence between capital, education level, and innovation on MSME performance, as well as to find out which is the most dominant influence among the three variable dependents of Capital (X1), Education Level (X2) and Innovation (X3) on the Performance of MSME Employees (Y). This study used quantitative methods with a population of 100 people and sampled as many as 50 people where the Sample was determined through the Solvin Formula with a standard error of 0.1. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows. The results showed that 1). Capital has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bogor Regency, 2). The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bogor Regency. 3). Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bogor Regency. 4). Capital, Education level and innovation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Bogor Regency.
