Abstract

PT. Lestari Cemerlang Sukses Medan is a Bogasari product distributor. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of significant influence of occupational health and salary toward work motivation at PT. Lestari Cemerlang Sukses Medan partially and simultaneously. The data is collected through questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. The data in this research uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test. The research result shows that partially, occupational health has positive significant influence towards work motivation at PT. Lestari Cemerlang Sukses Medan. Partially, salary has positive significant influence towards work motivation at PT. Lestari Cemerlang Sukses Medan. Simultaneously, occupational health and salary have positive significant towards work motivation at PT. Lestari Cemerlang Sukses Medan. In this research, salary has the dominant influence. The value of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) states that disicipline and salary variable are able to explain employee careed development for 0.798 or 79.8% and the rest 20.2% is influenced by other factors out of this.
