Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Regional Revenue and Balancing Funds on Regional Expenditure of the Government in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Period 2003- 2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis of regional revenue, it does not have a significant influence on the regional expenditure of the Government in Ogan Komering Ulu for the period of 2003-2018 and the balancing fund has a significant influence on the regional expenditure of the Government in Ogan Komering Period of 2003-2018. Likewise, there is also a significant influence simultaneously on regional revenues and balancing funds on regional government expenditures in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in the 2003-2018 period. The result determination coefficient analysis showed that 84.9% of variation Ogan Komering Ulu Regency expenditure can be explained by regional revenue (X1) and balancing funds (X2) while the remaining 15.1% was explained by other variables not mentioned in the study namely political and security considerations.
