Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The quality standards of graduates at the University of Development of Panca Budi, (2) The process of implementing quality standardization of graduates, (3) supporting factors and constraints faced in the process of quality development of graduates, (4) The strategy of the University of Development of Panca Budi in developing the quality of graduates. This research is a qualitatively descriptive research college. The research was held at the Panca Budi Development University. His research subjects were the university, the educators' and the dorm caregivers. The Development University of Panca Budi. Educators and educational resources. Data collection techniques are conducted with (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participatory observation, and (3) document studies. The legality of data is carried out by observation diligence and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research are: (1) quality standardization of graduates at the Panca Budi University of Development refers to the competency standards of Graduates (SKL) listed in Permendiknas No. 23 Tahun 2006 and SKL by the JSIT Indonesia quality Standards Book covering the competence of faith, personality and social competence, scientific competence, and physical competence and skills. (2) Implementation of quality standardization process at the university development of Panca Budi is more focused on the management of Educators and students, (3) The strength factor is on; (a) An integrated curriculum concept, (b) educators and, talented and committed, (c) qualified student inputs. While the downside is: (a) lack of infrastructure, (b) Minimal funding factors, (4) Quality Development strategy graduates in the University of Development Panca Budi are: (a) The presence of excellent programs and reinforcement Sof skill and Hard Skill.
