Abstract
Health development in its essence that aims to increase awareness, willingness, and healthy living ability, for all communities to be realized the degree of public health in the village Heroes District Tanjung Tiram, Coal regency, and as an investment for the development of human resources that are socially and economically productive. In this study structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between fertility, health care, literacy rate, and migration. SEM analysis will be used to determine the best model of health economy and population growth in the village of Heroes of Tanjung Tiram District of Batu Bara. The methods used in collecting data are descriptive and quantitative methods supported by SEM. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the communities in the village of Heroes of Tanjung Tiram subdistrict of Batu Bara Regency, to analyze the data used method of SEM. Based on the results of this study showed that fertility has a significant effect on the health economy and population growth, then health services significantly influence the health economy, then the blind rate has a significant effect on the health economy and population growth, then the migration has a significant effect on the health economy. And migration has no significant effect on population growth due to the value of P > from 0.05.
