ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT DAN PENUNJANG PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM JARINGAN (DARING) PADA MAHASISWA PPG DALAM JABATAN MAPEL AKUNTANSI DAN KEUANGAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH SUMATERA UTARA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the teaching profession program (PPG) in full in the network (online) held by the faculty of teacher training and education at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in 2020. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out directly during online learning activities by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were 10 teachers who were online participants and 2 facilitators who directly assisted researchers during online activities. The data analysis technique was performed using the Miles and Hubberman model. The results of the study found two factors supporting the implementation of PPG daljab in accounting and finance subject teachers. First, there is support from fellow participants who are always ready to help the limitations between participants, and second, support from family members who help operationalize IT for online. While the inhibiting factors are the first is a lack of confidence, secondly the inability to master information technology and telecommunications, third, the internet network and frequent blackouts in the area, the fourth is the implementation time and commitment with instructors and the fifth is the lack of supporting equipment for implementing online learning. The researcher concluded that the full online-based PPG program needs to be evaluated given the absence of IT training for teachers, especially those from areas with difficult internet access and frequent blackouts in their areas.
