PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI KASUS PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III (PERSERO) KOTA MEDAN
Abstract
This study examines the effect of work discipline, leadership style and personality on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) with 91 respondents in this research which was conducted in 2020. This analysis includes: classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis using the t test, it can be seen that one independent variable, namely leadership style (X2), has a positive but not partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), while it is known that two independent variables, namely work discipline (X1) and personality (X3). ) has a positive and partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), leadership style (X2) and personality (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 40.9% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by work discipline, leadership style and personality. While the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
