PERANCANGAN APLIKASI SISTEM ABSENSI PEGAWAI BERBASIS ANDROID
Abstract
Based on research conducted that the village head's office is precisely in the village of Klambir V Kebon, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, the attendance system carried out by employees is still in the form of forms that need to be filled out by employees when entering and leaving. The form filled in by the employee will be submitted to the head of HR. So that many employees do attendance care so that employees do not have discipline in attendance. Therefore, the result of this research is to change the manual employee attendance to digital. To change the manual system, an Android smartphone is used so that employees in doing attendance can use their respective smartphones. The application of this application is to speed up the recapitulation of employee attendance. The attendance application that has been built has features to be used as an employee attendance tool, send permission requests and view attendance reports. The administrator also has the ability to manage employee data, manage and recapitulate employee attendance data. This system has succeeded in updating and assisting the company in managing matters related to employee attendance. The usability test results for the administrator page show that 20% strongly agree and 80% agree, while for the employee presence application, 30% strongly agree and 70% agree.
