ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI
To win the competition, employees as the spearhead of service are required to have a leadership spirit, and high work discipline to meet the achievement of performance goals optimally. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance in the Rector's Bureau of Medan State University partially and simultaneously. With the Simple Random Sampling technique and using the Slovin formula with a percentage of leeway (e) of 5%, a sample was obtained in this study of 104 employees who havs the status of Civil Servants (PNS). Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Questionnaires are calculated with likert scale measurement units, and processed using the SPSS (statistical product and service solution) program The results of the study showed that both partially and simultaneously the leadership variables and work disciplines had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Rector's Bureau of Medan State University.
