ANALISIS FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KETERIKATAN KERJA PERAWAT DI MEDAN PADA ERA COVID 19
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Life Balance and Incentives on the work engagement of nurses at Pirngadi Hospital Medan in the Covid 19 era with the Multiple Regression Analysis approach. During the Covid-19 pandemic, nurses have a very important role in providing the best service for patients. Work engagement is a form of nurse loyalty to their profession, where nurses are able to feel loyal, proud and have a high sense of belonging which will indirectly have a big impact on their surroundings without being disturbed by the Covid 19 pandemic. The result of this study is that work life balance has a positive and partially significant effect on the work engagement of nurses at Pirngadi Hospital. Incentives partially have a positive and partially significant effect on the work engagement of nurses at Pirngadi Hospital. Work life balance and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work engagement of nurses at Pirngadi Hospital.
