PENERAPAN TEORI BURNER SEBAGAI MEDIA STIMULASI AUD

Abstract

This research is based on the low cognitive ability of early childhood. The causative factor is the lack of attractive learning media provided by the teacher, so that children are bored and bored every time the learning process is held, which results in very low cognitive development of early childhood. Bruner's theory is one of the learning theories that emphasizes children's cognitive development, children's cognitive development is an ability, one of which is grouping objects that have the same color, shape and size, matching circles, triangles, and rectangles and recognizing and counting numbers. This study aims to develop cognitive development through traditional games as a medium to stimulate children's development, especially early childhood. The methodology in this research is classroom action research that uses two cycles, namely cycle one and cycle two. Each of the cycles conducted two meetings with children using traditional game media. Likewise with cycle two, there were two meetings using traditional game media that had been prepared by the research team.
