Abstract

The background of this research is that the Fixed Assets (Regional Owned Goods) are in good condition. In accordance with the regulations applicable to the ministries/state institutions, they are targeted in the management of Fixed Assets (Regional Owned Goods). The direction of the steps for controlling fixed assets (Regional Owned Goods) inventory and assessment is how the management of regional assets in each use of goods becomes more accountable and transparent, so that fixed assets (Regional Owned Goods) are able to optimize their use and utilization to support service functions to the public. community/stakeholders. The research objectives are to find out how effective the management of regional property is, to find out how the procedures in the management of regional property management are and to adjust the implementation of regional property management at the Office of Housing and Settlement Areas of Deli Serdang Regency. The form or method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. While the data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, direct observation and internet searching. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the analysis of the management of fixed assets (Regional Owned Goods) at the Office of the Housing and Settlement Area of ​​Deli Serdang Regency has not gone well, seen from the late administration and utilization, maintenance and administration, as well as the implementation of fixed asset management. (Regional Owned Goods) have not run optimally as stated in government regulations and also encountered obstacles in the management of fixed assets (Regional Owned Goods).
