Abstract

Legal issues among the public about debt collectors regarding bad credit have no clear boundaries and rules regarding the procedures for collection by a debt collector. The type of research used is normative legal research which is descriptive analysis to examine aspects of criminal law on unilateral execution of the object of the leasing agreement. In the concept of criminal law, the execution of an underhand fiduciary object is part of a criminal offense where a person is forced, by violence or threat of violence, to give goods or owe or register receivables. This situation can arise if the creditor in carrying out the execution forces to take the goods unilaterally, even though it is known that the goods partly or wholly belong to someone else.
